Sylvain Rigaud heads the firm’s insolvency and restructuring practice. In his thirty-year legal career, he has handled corporate and commercial disputes, especially banking and insolvency issues, and has established himself as a leading practitioner. Sylvain has acquired a wide range of experience both before the civil courts of first instance and appeal, including before the Supreme Court of Canada.

A Partner of the firm, Eric Bédard focuses on all aspects of dispute resolution as a litigator in civil, commercial, and administrative matters. He has appeared before the Quebec courts of first instance and appeal, as well as numerous administrative tribunals. He represents private and public businesses in commercial and corporate disputes, notably in disputes regarding financial services and securities.
